I hold a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from KU Leuven, Belgium, where I focused on remembering practices and the politics of memory in postcolonial settings, employing multimodal methodologies throughout my research. My current interests lie in urban anthropology, particularly at its intersection with more-than-human and phenomenological approaches. I am also deeply drawn to the interplay between anthropology and the arts, seeking to further explore the potential of film, sound, and installation as both methodological tools and means of knowledge dissemination within the field. At present, I am developing a research proposal based in Lisbon, Portugal, with the intention of contributing to ongoing debates on the right to the city and generating new perspectives on the widespread housing crisis.
